I’m not an American by birth, but I’m fairly well assimilated and grew up consuming lots of US pop culture. Most of the time, I think I have it figured out. But I have the say, the fact that so many people find it hard to say “this was caused by racism” is profoundly baffling to me.

So thankful for politicians willing to touch the third rail of politics, our gun flooded country. It doesn’t have to be awful like this.
