This is very true. This began way before this tax bill. I’d go back to Reagan’s time, when hundreds of thousands of homeless people began appearing on America’s streets, specifically because of tax and HEW policies his administration enacted.
New Orleans was hit hard because every little political group decided they didn’t want to maintain all the levees. Houston got hit harder than they should have been because their government doesn’t have worthwhile building codes. Neither did Puerto Rico.
