Bernard is an off-network host, most similar to that family of hosts Ford had last season in the park , and not unlike the ones Charlotte has working for her. I also think it’s possible Ford made him using another persons DNA specifically to hide him more among humans (unless all hosts have dna)

A) Bernard was never in the main tracking systems. He was always secreted away by Ford in back channels.

Bernard has NEVER shown up on a host scan. I think 2 humans knew he was a host, and they’re both dead. DNA is probably easier to work into a host body than you might think, that part didn’t freak me out at all. Those red cards though? WTF were those about.

Ford seems to have built Bernard differently, and monkeyed with programming at multiple levels. I can accept there’s some reason his nature might not be immediately evident to the various authorities he is dealing with, although I do hope they make the effort of an on-screen explanation.

Speaking of which, the name of the company is Delos, not Dellos. It is plastered on the walls and such pretty regularly.

Hmm.. maybe clone and android very important people and kill the originals in the real world?

This wouldn’t be AV Club if Zack doesn’t miss something :p.

Yeah, the episode made a point of showing us that the hosts’ CPUs are encased in the clear brain fluid. Presumably Bernard has a leak that’s corrupting his CPU functions.

Yeah, I thought he was reading his own status too, and it actually said terminal corruption within 0.72 hours so he was in pretty dire straits.

I thought Bernard’s last line was “I killed them. All of them.” At least, that’s what my closed captioning said. Was it different for others?

Also, it seems he was looking up his own health online, which claimed terminal corruption or something like that within 72 hours. The fluid he took from that host, which is the

I think it would be really hilarious way to score a moral victory if the opposing team, down 82-0, stopped throwing any hittable pitches. Walk 45 runs in in a row. If the batter tries to swing at the horrible non-strikes, bean them. Force the game late into the night, far into the triple digits. In fact, maybe you

The terrible part is the league has an 83 run mercy rule.

Yes, Perez’s character is exactly like Tomei’s character in My Cousin Vinny. Yeah, it’s a little goofy, but they establish throughout in small ways that they are both smart and have particular knowledge that support what happens in the end.

Yeah.

This is a truly incorrect application of the term deus ex machina (not from you, but the author). It was well established throughout the movie, and while it could possibly strain credulity (if not be a bit discriminatory) that Gloria would be the type of person who would actively attempt to get on Jeopardy, it

Woah, this is a bridge too far. White Men Can’t Jump is a cinematic masterpiece. And I feel like you haven’t watched this movie lately - Gloria not only was interested in Jeopardy, she spent all day every day studying so that she could win when she went on the show. And she didn’t get on the show out of pure chance,

In fact, yes! You might even say that the December blog about Thibodeau over-relying on his starters and burning them out before the playoffs arrive is specifically mentioned and linked to in the post above this comment section.

God this is a shit take. What about teachers? Firefighters? Service workers? Where the fuck are they supposed to live?

Oladipo is probably Exhibit A, although I suppose there is still a counterpoint to be made that Oladipo is young enough that his leap is not entirely about being away from Russ.

Found Colin Cowherd’s burner!

How fucking pathetic that this program didn’t get the death penalty.
