Teachers unions, bless them, get the full pressure from the right and center whenever they stand up for themselves.  They don’t have the leisure of being universally supportive of their worst actors, or even those accused.

Well, in his defense(?), having to see a black president drove quite a few people crazy further right. It’s a pretty interesting phenomenon, and I often wonder about how it has echoed into our current climate.

Yup. I love John Cho in everything; that’s my guy. But there were lots of people better suited for that role. Name recognition is everything.

They look like they can act. and have a certain amount of charisma. Which makes me sad: They probably deserve better roles than a G.I. Joe movie.

It’s amazing how people took everything they wanted to from what he was saying, and it was all negative. I take the part where he said “fandom is dangerous” quite seriously, myself, because he was immediately proven correct.

I’d just like to remind people that pointing fingers at some dude who lives in Texas and talking shit is fine, but he didn’t cause the grid in Texas to be a piece of shit. His Eepublican “representatives” did. He might have moved there two months ago, I don’t know.

Um… nah. And I’m usually one for giving people a day in court before judging.

I’m no lawyer, but is there not a difference talking to reporters with the expectation of anonymity, and going to full-ass court and putting your business on front street? I mean, I know there are constant ongoing assaults (from those constitution loving protectors of the free press, our politicians) against the press…
