Is that airing in the States? I didn’t think the humour would translate.

You left out the completely pointless dune buggy chase scene, with the stunt jump into the shuttle. It had nothing to do with the main story, but somebody in the cast wanted to drive dune buggies, I guess.

Nothing that blatant ...

This was too grey for you?

Oh, don’t tempt me ...

I think that was a W.P. Kinsella short story. He also died this year.

Interestingly, while this has been running on Canadian TV since September, we just got Van Helsing on Netflix up here. So this is how you can tell the ‘real’ Netflix originals (like The OA) from the stuff they buy from other markets; ‘real’ Netflix originals debut on the same day in every market.

Yeah, it gets complicated. There’s also the woman who is the victim of domestic abuse, and her husband is a cop.

You know that was the basis for the 12 Monkeys movie, right?

Bruce Greenwood was also the Nowhere Man.

Except for that niggling power supply/fuel problem.

Yeah, it’s like Falcon’s wings got a quinjet upgrade.

Well, at least I have this:

I think Inhumans are a subset of met humans. In the MCU you’ve got Cap, Spider-Man, Daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, etc. They’re super-powered, but not due to terragenesis.

I loved, “This looks like a job for Supergirl!”. It took me right back to the old sixties cartoons. And then the catch,”Oh, and the Flash” just nailed it.

They actually made a comic of that piece of drek?

They could have saved money and just have Steven Amell play both roles.

I just contributed $100. In a sick way, he was a lucky man, in that he didn’t live to see the travesty of this year’s election.
