But when the Bond producers first wanted a DB5 for Goldfinger, they had to buy them. Aston Martin weren’t just going to give their expensive cars away.

The quality of the props is astounding. I’d love to know how they were made.
Flying Witch is basically “Kiki growed up” and I love it.
And it’s SOOO good! It’s a ridiculously silly concept that they somehow make work, with terrific animation and music. Easily my favourite show this season.
That makes two of us. Pity my FR-S is black.
There’s a difference?
Mitsubishi didn’t sell in Canada at the time, and the Plymouth Laser didn’t come in the top-of-the line version that the Talon did, so it was the only choice.
I had all kinds of electrical problems with mine. It went through batteries and headlights like fury, cooked a couple of sets of ignition cables, oh, and needed a couple of thermostat changes as well. Minor problems, in the long run.
Since it’s a Canadian model, it won’t have a mouse-belt. I owned a ‘91 TSi AWD, and I couldn’t import it into the States when I moved down there in the late ‘90s, because it didn’t have a ‘passive restraint system’. I had to take it back to Canada and sell it. I still miss that car sometimes.
Really, if you like Jonny Quest, try to find the old series put out by Comico in the late ‘80s. The first issue was authentic Doug Wildey artwork, and Dave Stevens did a lot of the art, too.
Thank you! I was waiting for someone to point this out. Maybe it’s an expense-related thing.
World’s Greatest Food!
THIS! A THOUSAND TIMES THIS!
And it came standard with machine gun tripod mount points in the bed! They thought of everything!
No fair! Lee pace can’t cosplay his own character! (j/k)
Horsies always get extra points.
They look more like Nendoroids than anything else to me. Regardless, there are going to be toys. Oh so many toys there are going to be!</Zim>
Are you sure about the Turtles/Daredevil thing? I heard at the time that TMNT was written as a parody of Frank Miller’s Ronin. The cover art from both books seems to support that, and wikipedia (I know, I know) backs me up.
And Spider-man.
How about a rag-top, like this ‘57 Bond?
