It’s a good thing that Crazy Ex-Girlfriend is so goddamned funny. If it weren’t, it might be the most depressing show on television.

Passing out wrapped home-made health bars at a sports bar as a business scheme doesn’t make logical sense, not even in this show’s cartoon universe. Is the show so strapped for cash they couldn’t have Darryl handing out the bars on a public street corner?

This one strained credulity a bit too much for me—generally not a fan of actors showing up as their own doppelgangers and Vincent Rodriguez’s English accent was, uh, not good. HOW COULD THEY HAVE EXCLUDED KAREN? I didn’t even notice. Shame on me.

Me too. He’s so great, and the character is so unique in the show, that every time he’s got a significant role it really boosts everything else. And I agree about the lack of sexuality, but if any network show is gonna push that particular envelope, it’s this one. Fingers crossed!

I’ve very happy David Hull got promoted to series regular for this season, it’ll hopefully get him interacting with more people than only Daryl, or maybe push the depiction of their relationship past only heartwarming awesome moments.

White Josh and Darryl have the best relationship on TV? Really? Maybe I’m biased by the fact that I find White Josh just unbearable, but I don’t see it.

Kudos to Rodriguez as not-Josh, that was kinda brilliant, especially the American accents.

God I missed this show. Anyone else would have resolved the affair with a throw away line, but we got a lie detector (because Paula) and some super awkward sex stuff. So happy the girl group is back and supportive and still funny.

How is everyone’s answer not “Gilmore Girls”? I don’t care if that’s a Carole King song. It is so relentlessly cheesy. And I have to argue about Firefly. I love the theme song. Not sure why, since it is also relentlessly cheesy. And that dig against strings smarts to a string player. The Angel theme is great.

Frank is, increasingly, a pointless character.

While it didn’t last I really appreciated Michaela prioritizing herself this episode and hold Laurel personally responsible for why she’s upset in the flash forward. No is a complete sentence Laurel!

Soooo how long do you think this show will go on for? I feel like it had a good 1st season but just wasn’t that good after. I feel like this premise can’t go on for too long unlike the it’s sister show.
