Something tells me this will probably not happen...at all. I personally wouldn't risk an HIV infection for this. If it was something less scary like the cold virus, then I would lol.

"Windows 7.5 is really Windows 7, the way it should've been."

A thunderbolt is not a real thing but it has been the stuff of myths, legends, children stories, etc for a long as time. Just like dragons and fairies and the iPhone 5.

Most likely not. Or else Sam probably wouldn't have said "Gizmodo will be covering the announcement from the moment it starts until the bitter end" but something more along the lines of "Gizmodo will be covering the announcement live on Apple Campus."

So you think the 5.8s is when pulling an 800 ton load? My God....

I'm guessing the 0-60mph time of 5.8 seconds is when the engine is not pulling any load? I find it hard to believe anything can pull 800 tons of load from 0-60mph in 5.8s...even when it has over 10k horsepowers.

Ouch.

Couldn't wait, so I installed Windows 8. It has problems with my switchable graphics and maybe something else...it takes forever to boot sometimes. Sometimes there would be only a black screen and I'd have to press power (sleep) and then wake to see the log in screen.

Yea, it's cold start as demonstrated by an earlier video. I'm just amazed that 10s is achieved without an SSD! I'm going to throw Windows 8 on my SSD'd laptop (6GB RAM, i5, 5650m) later this week. I just hope it can run all my programs so I can use it as my primary OS! w00t!

I just can't believe the boot speed is achieved without an ultra-fast SSD. Going to be throwing this on my SSD'ed laptop (6GB RAM, i5, 5650m) later this week! Can't wait to see how fast this thing's going to boot! I just hope all my programs will run properly. If that happens I can use Windows 8 as my default OS!

N4? I thought ammonia was NH3.

I must agree. Google Map was miles ahead of MapQuest right from first release and it got exponentially better over time. That's why MapQuest is totally gone. I didn't even know they were still running.

I know Styles are under Home because that's where my ribbon commonly sits and I always see it. You're right, I don't know where Paragraph Spacing is...but then I never knew, even with the old menu. I always just select the paragraph/lines I'm interested in -> right click -> Paragraph... (which is about 5x faster than

Before realizing the image is rotated 90 degrees to the right (clockwise), I stared at it for like 10 seconds trying to figure out wtf it is they were trying to draw. And no, I didn't look at the picture that's posted after the video before watching.

Yea, it looks like an iPad...so does every tablet in the f*cking world - and I mean even the ones BEFORE the iPad. WTF, it's just a rectangle with a screen dominating the front. Sure the iPad is 0.00001 inch thick whereas previous tablets are thicker than the fog in San Francisco, but how else are you suppose to make

You know you can "minimize" the ribbon, which, if you do, makes the "ribbon" look just like the traditional drop-down menus with "file...home...insert...page layout...references...mailing...review...view...add-ins". It's super space-efficient. To use it, you just click the menu you need (like you would with a

Try using Office 2007 or even better 2010 for a week. You'll f*cking love that shit. I'm totally in love with the ribbon. I don't know why people hate it so much. Just because it's different than the ancient drop-down menus? I find the ribbon MUCH more intuitive.

As much as one can try to avoid "Made in China", it's basically impossible to do nowadays.

LOL, this is too true. Can't stand the retina-searing green dots that literally make you unable to see the slide around the dot.

I thoughts exactly.
