Lack of stretching in the arteries? Like my previous reply to Justin Wayne, we can't be entirely sure until we see it. Assuming the continuous pump works for the entire life of the patient then it shouldn't matter much. However, I would imagine natural and disease/diet-induced hardening of the arteries…

That's a good question. I don't really know, and I doubt many people would know until it happens. My first instinct was that it might happen but I'm really not sure. Maybe someone else can comment. =)

@redman042: iPad has always been released in the Spring. If there are no unexpected delays then I would expect it to be release spring 2012. I think I will get an iPad 3 if it has retina display. I simply LOVE the one on the iPhone 4.
