Nah, they basically took all their ideas from Titanfall except for the Titans.

The vita sub on reddit is huge and growing. Nothing but true love for the vita over there. Its crazy.
Sony really want to kill the Vita, we know this, but this seems a tad extreme. Whats next, shipping us out power supplies that set the thing on fire?
Obligatory 1st screen speculation
Yep it was casino
Let me help you out
http://steamcommunity.com/app/208650/dis… Someone uploaded the patch files.
With all those Thomas the Tank Engine mods for popular games, it’s weird no one really went into LEGO territory yet. …
I run a gtx 670 and I have the exact same problem. Fallout New Vegas and 3 run like complete shit even though I’m able to essentially max out most games. I’ve reinstalled drivers, turned off mods, lowered settings; everything.
Totally agree! Although it might get a bit sticky when certain mods use other mods heavily. Hm.
Bethesda is in this for free money. Which pisses me off. Do they think we dont know that a huge chunk of the sales for this game in the last 2 years have been entirely due to mods? They have already made tons of extra money off of a 4 year old game by mods KEEPING IT RELEVANT. Now, they want some more money from their…
Since when is it forced? You can upload your mod for free. In this case nobody will demand patches from you. If you can’t guarantee, that your mod will work as intended and stay combatible upload it for free.
I’m pretty surprised it exists as well; surely game publishers (especially larger ones like Bethseda) can’t be happy that Valve is not only getting a cut of their game and DLC sales, but is also now getting a cut for mods to their games.
Things already started going downhill with the introduction of in-game purchases. This is just another really sad nail in the coffin of the industry. Steam is slowly turning into a low-grade app store.
The biggest issue is that the most extensive skyrim (and any other game that has such extensive modding support) is there is generally “required” mods, packages other modders put together to help other modders create stuff, in this situation Fore created something to help create new animations, in fact his mod is used…
I mean...you do realize donating to these people has been an option for pretty much ever, right?
25% of 5 bucks is still 1.25 for each sale, compared to 100% of 0 which is what they were getting before, greedy modders will happily take that.
I like the general idea of what Valve was going for, I just think they didn’t think things through even a little bit, it seems like they just decided to add a purchase button and that is it, which made me wonder why they didn’t beta test this with a Donate button.
A donate button outside steam for example, not taking 75% of revenue? :D
