Actually, the Army Guard has had units with M4's for a while now. I've served in both Regular Army and now the Guard, and [slowly...and] I do mean slowly are M4s replacing the 16. I went from an Infantry battalion, which had M4s, to a Regional Support Group which still have M16s. SLOOOOOWLY lol.
