They have a proposed course already released. Google it.

Currently seeing 39mpg in my 2015 200. 4cyl FWD. Would it be nicer with AWD and the Pentastar? Sure, but I paid this car off in three years while in college and the cost of ownership is the cheapest of any car I’ve owned.

I wish the seller knew about the car he was selling to me.

No judgement here, I love all Challenger/Charger/300

Probably because you never bought a 2015-2018 Chrysler 200

Can’t fit in these if you’re over 6ft tall

The Tigershark engine was notorious for oil consumption. That I can not deny. The wife’s 2015 200 needs a quart between oil changes (currently at 138k). I’m not saying the 200 was perfect by any means. But it definitely went under appreciated.

You bring a ton of great points, and shockingly are the only one I’ve ever read with valid counter arguments here (I argue about the 200 a lot). Perhaps it’s the bias in me, but the interior volume was only apparent in the rear. It was enough to fit four adults on a quick drive, but definitely not feasible for a long

Agreed. It’s why it’s unfortunate I have to specify the 2015-2018 Chrysler 200 when I discuss this. When they changed the name from Sebring to 200, they should have also done the remodel then. Fortunately, I don’t think FCA existed yet in 2012.

Counterpoint, everything you mentioned here is why it deserved better. Last of the bare bones sports car. Didn’t adapt to force dinduction/smaller engines. Focused on function over form (especially on the track focused ones with all of the wings). Only reason they stopped selling them was because of the mandatory side

Remember when we thought $10k markup was insane?

Previous Sebring/200 was an old Mitsubishi based platform. This UF platform derived from the FCA compact sedan platform and was way too good for a Chrysler product

Said it before and I’ll say it again: 2015-2017 Chrysler 200.

100%*

I was under 5 years old when this all came to surface, but I don’t recall any other vehicles with the same Firestone tires having this big of an issue? All I can think of (again, without doing any research) are the goodyear tires on RVs

IIRC, the TB and the Rendezvous were on different platforms. I believe the Rendy and the Equinox were platform siblings. Versatrak might be one of GM’s biggest failures

Can’t fix stupid, but you can fix supplier quality

60 deaths from a supplier issue is 60 too many
