That doesn’t answer my question. Is the fuel savings/range extension worth it compared to the cost of adding flush doors and all the parts that come with it?

Seeing that this Bronco is rated for 36 inches of fording, you may be right

Even better hack:

Is there a legitimate benefit to flush door handles fuel economy wise? If we’re talking .5MPG or an extra 10-12 miles of range, is it really worth it?

JOHNSON!!

I work at a Ford Plant, they’re everywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ll throw my hat in the ring and say in the 12 and counting times I’ve used Turo, it has been nothing but flawless for me. I’ve rented everything from vans, Wranglers, Mustang GTs, and your regular cheap sedans. The only mishap was when I tried to rent a passenger van for a weekend, and the renter had to cancel

That was kinda my point. The base tire you get on teh 4cyl Mustang (even in premium trim) aren’t anything to sneeze at. To get the performance that everyone is claiming, you have to opt for the packages with the better tires. That’s what Ford gives to press loaners anyways

I always laugh at the back seat room of these cars. The only one I saw actually usable was the Challenger

Perhaps the 4cyl just isn’t for you then. And that’s ok!

Rental variants are hardly a good example of how the vehicle actually is. Now I’m not saying they make specific trims of vehicles for rentals (although some kinda do), you’re basically getting the bare bones minimum vehicle. Cheap interior, cheap tires, poorly maintained, and a transmission usually beaten to the end

It’s called growth for Ice Cube. Is anyone condemning Snoop Dogg for working with Martha Stewart and doing play-by-play commentary on sports games now?

This right here. I bought an XBone solely for Forza because GT wasn’t that impressive at the time. Now GT looks to be the better game out of the 2. Now if only PS5s were readily available...

Oh swell! A month’s worth of chili cheese for my hot dogs

As much as I agree with you, the slow crushing movement with a power seat is just as satisfying while your friend in the back is pleading “Stop, stop, you’re crushing me!”

I just spec’d out a base entry level 2022 EcoDiesel and it was $49k

It’s an EcoDeisel. That truck probably was close to $45k-$50k.

I got to ride in one of those when they first came out and boy did it feel like it needed at least 50 more horsepower or something

People on this website: “hyper cars are too complicated and fancy with their paddle shifters and hybrid powertrains! We want a simple supercar with a manual transmission and buttons!”

My sister had that feature in her 4Runner and boy it was atrocious
