This concept was tried and failed in the states. See Ford Flex.
I had an opportunity to answer a question on the street for a Dr. Oz segment. They told me when it was airing and everything. When the airing came, they used everyone else’s responses but mine. Oz is cancelled.
Kinda high for a naturally aspirated Flex. Although the rest of the vehicle looks immaculate, if I’m Flexin, I’m Flexin with the Ecoboost. This should be in the high $9k range IMO. Love that color, the tow package, and those fresh Pirelli rubbers. Just needs some boosted power and I’d probably be calling them asap as…
A little biased, but I’d prefer the brush strokes of sweeping curved lines
Waiting for the “Real people, not actors” commercial about this.
Question about your lab. She looks exactly like my Toby, whom is also a lab mix. Makes that same face too. Toby’s a year old, and has been about 30lbs since April. Do you know the other breeds that are mixed with the lab?

I can never fit in a Miata with the top up/on
Worst idea: Cold Mushy Fry Flavored
I’m 6'2", but I’ve got that long torso/short leg combination that makes smaller cars a squeeze. I even owned a 2005 Chrysler 300 that was too low unless I reclined to an unsafe angle. I’ve sat in 500's before, and I do not fit. At least not comfortably
Weirdly enough, I want to do all of that but with a manual Jeep Renegade. Same engine in both. And I fit in the Renegade
This is all great information. Thanks! Where does one take these tips and utilize them into a proper pitch to Jalopnik?
Although $215,000 is a ton of money, does anyone else see that number and find that rather inexpensive for a high end exotic? The Ford GT retails at double that.
That’s my plan for the wife as well: find a decent ecoboost flex that’s a few years old. Your wife going from a Flex to a minivan isn’t a total loss though.
That was the only downside to the Flex for me. Brand new one were expensive.
Had a sister in the market for a three row vehicle. I showed her this and she said it was “too boxy”. Then she bought a suburban.
More room than an Explorer too. The new Explorer platform with the RWD should be lightyears better than its previous platform.
It is quite the long boy.
Ford Flex could have used a nice sales bump. Severely underappreciated vehicle.
