King are very nice. I have a Togiharu #1000/#4000 double stone I’ve been using for about ten years now and a Sharpton #8000 for polishing. Puts amazing edges on my Togiharu gyutou as well as my Wustof french.

Triple oil stones are available at kitchen or restaurant supplies and even places like Lowes or Home Depot. Food grade mineral oil would probably be a good bet for lubricant with those.
