What about the times when the car/system has no clue there’s a problem to begin with? Like the numerous accidents from cars in “autopilot” crashing into stationary objects or cars? (they love to hit emergency vehicles) For example, the time a guy’s Tesla was absolutely going to run him right into a passing freight…

I don’t see how they can operate on less than a 1:1 remote driver to car ratio unless they assume a certain amount of downtime for the cars.
