I want to preface this with the fact that I have worked in the restaurant industry for 18 yrs. Done everything FOH except Host. (Because Host is a job for the angels. I am not a good enough person to be a Host.) This is the ONLY time I have ever seen anyone mess with a customer’s food. EVER.
