I appreciate the effort into the detail (like even including the pink teddy bear behind Gus), but it just wasn't at all funny.

"...it disrespects the teams that have put in thousands of hours (already) into the development of the product. Sure, it's cheeky but I don't care for it myself."
What's this video talking about then?
First, I think you misunderstand my point. I'm not trying to be critical, I'm legitmately trying to make sure I understand, as if things have changed enough since I last tried them, I'd seriously consider an Apple device again when I need a new phone.
Especially given Nintendo will remake anything if it means some money.
Ha, should've just gone with "RAWR"?
That's good they no longer require it to be plugged into a power source, but is this all limited to the "full" sync only?
When I had one into 2012 you could only sync certain things, and only sync, and only if the phone was plugged into a power source, which was arguably worse than having to plug it into your computer, since at least into a computer makes sense.
I'm not convinced of the physical media angle though. While it's true that if they offered digital versions of games they'd be competing against physical retailers, why is PC able to do this, and what then is the explanation for why digital-only releases on XBLA usually cost more and/or are never discounted like on…
Yeah Sleeping Dogs was a definite deal at ~$6. I got probably 30 hours playtime out of that and despite there being little worthwhile outside of the story missions, it was still worth more than $6.
I even feel that way about Humble Bundles, at least at first glance.
I wouldn't base anything around minimum specs though.
Sorry, misinterpreted that. I've seen a lot of articles where people were criticizing iOS's use of skeuomorphism simply because it was skeuomorphism so I mistakenly assumed that's what you meant.
A test for me is whether someone is willing to acknowledge negatives in a product. No product is perfect, and therefore every product has flaws. Not blind criticism, but things that you wish were better designed or more functional or easier to use or less limiting, and so on. Everyone should have something like that.
Ha, yeah I'm sure I'd be criticized the same.
Obviously for every individual person there is a specific solution. I'm not going to address the millions of consumers individually based on their needs.
I definitely agree I found iOS more stable, though my experiences with updates in iOS along with about 4-5 people I know were not very positive either.
That's basically what I was thinking.
The problem was that there was dislike of skeuomorphism because it was skeuomorphism.
Some people are so uptight.
