Have you tried HEB’s store brand, Creamy Creations? They’re the only other ice cream I like besides Blue Bell.

We just recently got Blue Bell back in my part of the state. HEB was limiting it to four tubs per person, lol.

You’re right about one thing in that the men in the armed forces will have a lot to learn and the first thing they need to learn is to quit bitching and get to work on that learning.

I agree, but an 80% disapproval rating is pretty eye opening. These are people being put into unimaginable and inhuman situations, and we expect them to deal with changes to the safety net of a social structure they are accustomed to just like that?

Meh. I disagree, Snacky. This woman sounds like a manipulative A-hole. The tone throughout is that she’s paying her daughter for her attention (college tuition, Christmas gifts) as if her daughter’s attention is a service that can be bought, like a waiter/waitress’ politeness. It’s not.

By not throwing that shit away, I inadvertently prolonged and worsened an already miserable divorce proceeding between my parents. I felt horrible, and neither of my parents spoke to me for about 6 months.

Did you get that recipe from Thug Kitchen? I used to drool over their recipes all the time. A friend actually brought the same dish to Thanksgiving a couple of years ago. It was good.

Stop being so willfully obtuse, For Canada. You’re arguing semantics from a position of privilege. STFU already.

Leaving this for you here, since you might not be able to access it on Oppo, even via a notification link. But direct links work:

Did you also notice how he slowed down when approaching an intersection and made sure it was clear before continuing? That happened right before he came up to the other cars/rider right before the crash. And it looks like they’re going about 45-55 mph, which isn’t unheard of on little back country roads in this state.

Going over 100? Are you kidding? You realize GoPro cameras have extreme wide angle lenses that distort the perception of speed, right? Also, most rural highways in Texas have a 75 mph speed limit. Some even have 80 mph speed limits. It looks like the bike is travelling pretty close to that speed limit. Yeah, neither

Wrong. The second motorcyclist walks up to the driver and says, “What were you doing?! You hit them!” The driver responds with, “I don’t care.” Motorcyclist says, “I’ve got it on video, too.” Driver again responds with “I don’t care.” He later admits in the video that he swerved on purpose. The driver is an asshole

I read your comment before you edited it... I was coming back to reply, but now I’ve see you’ve added more.

D’awww, shucks! I like you, too!

Eh. I never author anything on my personal blog... only on sub-blogs. I keep hoping kinja tech will finally make a real block user feature. Kinja is the only social media outlet I can think of that doesn’t have one. It’s kind of ridiculous. But thank you, Miss Marmalade! :D

Hey, it’s no worries. I really wasn’t asking with any rudeness intended. I said above that I hardly ever comment on Gawker Media main pages anymore, and it’s true. Until now, it had been ages since I’d commented on Jez, but I had commented on Gawker recently (or maybe it was Jez via a crosspost, I forget). I was just

That’s exactly why, cats. Plus, I’ve seen you around before. I’ve never seen the person who I asked up-thread. Was just trying to figure out if we know each other, since they don’t look like a bot.

I don’t know why you’re being such a gleeful little bitch about an innocent question, or why it matters to you so much that you feel you’re being super clever by following me, too.

Aren't you cute.

Hi. Not trying to be rude, but who are you and why have you decided to follow me?
