I hope Aero glass is still an option. I'm not sure I want it to be completely gone. It would be nice to see Microsoft continue to improve the UI past launch. Especially considering this is their first hybrid release and there are bound to be lots of suggestions coming about once the masses really start using the OS.

I'm pretty sure non-metro apps only get the small tile with a basic icon. It's pretty crappy and I've found that I prefer to launch these apps from the taskbar on the desktop instead. Most of the time I just start typing the name of the application I am looking for (on the start menu, of course) and the list of apps

keeping a local hard drive and backups of that. I'm not ready to trust everything in the cloud yet. I'll use the cloud, but only as a utility, not as the source.

Excited see the feature arrive on Kindle Fire

The iPad also doesn't give you views of future and/or past frames when scrubbing. I can only imagine this as a limitation of iOS' playback abilities, but if Netflix can figure a way to work it out, it would be greatly appreciated.

It's not Photoshop alone. It's the Photoshop package as I described above.

That's from an Amazon seller. Check out the buying guide on Adobe's website => [www.adobe.com]

I mentioned in my last comment, but I'll repeat. That $700 is not just for Photoshop alone. You are getting Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Bridge, and Media Extender. That's a package of products.

Well... it looks like they've changed some things since I last purchased a personal copy. For CS4 they had a 99-200 Photoshop only package. Now it appears that you can only select a suite of their tools, which explains the $699 price tag to get the "Full" version. You're also getting InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat

you've got some issues outside of Adobe's software. You can get Photoshop as stand-alone for a lot cheaper ($99-199??).

Another feature that pointlessly requires Xbox Live Gold

I wanted to get a Sony Google TV. In February, I was looking at new TVs to buy. I wanted an internet-connected television (let's call it IC-TV for this post). While looking at the other IC-TVs it became apparent that Google TV offered a potentially much better experience and performance.

I got frustrated with cases and them getting in the way of the beautiful design of my iPhone 4. So I decided to go without one for a while. About a month after going case-free I began to notice all of my pictures and videos were blurry and no amount of cleaning was making them better. dust particles had gotten the

Gizmodo Says => "He's got a very, very good point."

Windows Phone will start to get on even ground with Android and iOS when the same windows runs on all devices. Windows 8 is the start of that by combining PC and Tablets. Smartphones will have enough performance to run Windows by the time Windows 9 comes out and it will be at that point that you get the same Windows

REGULATORS!!!!! MOUNT UP!

It seems to me that this is also the way Facebook has found to hijack offers into your view on mobile devices. Mobile Facebook doesn't have the advertisement sidebar like the desktop version. So naturally they have to shove it in your feed in order for you to see it.

I feel like I can no longer "Like" business pages on Facebook now. I don't want advertisements in my feed. My feed is supposed to be about me and my friends - not me and what I like to buy.

I have started carrying around my iPad at work and using the Paper app for note taking during meetings. Each project has a separate journal and my stylus makes it easy to sketch something quickly.
