I assume you’re talking about the first down/field goal range/etc lines? They make a 3D model of the field before the game and use sensors to track the cameras’ positions to keep the line “glued” to the right spot. I work in TV graphics, and as far as I can tell the people who actually make these decisions truly believe more is more and are petrified of a network head angrily pointing out something a competitor has that they don’t. It’s essentially a pathological drive at this point.

My freshman year roommate was a nice enough guy, but he used the same bath towel the whole year without washing it. He did other laundry, though, and it was really reeking by winter break, which made me wonder if he thought that’s just what happens to towels, or if he had no sense of smell.

You should be ok, just play with the settings a bit and make sure to disable the advanced lighting effects. Also as you see in the video it has slow motion modes, even using 2x slower mode can give you a solid framerate boost (and let you appreciate the destruction even more).
