JJ Abrams gets a lot of hate, yes, but as far popcorn flicks go that kids would enjoy (I believe that's their target audience for the most part b/c TOYS, of course), JJ doesn't do a terrible job. I agree. He should have picked a better writer in the first place. I'm not at all a fan of Lindelof - ever watched Lost, Cowboys & Aliens or... well, Prometheus? ...lol

I enjoyed the movie, too, but I still thing Lindelof is a complete idiot. Don't know why they let him work on the script.

Agreed. True Detective made me go back and watch Dallas Buyer's Club and Mud - worth taking the time to see those two movies. Can't wait for Interstellar!
