EV’s aren’t “all about virtue signaling”. That’s a bad take.

I bought a first generation Ridgeline for this reason. Doesn’t drive like a truck, it’s easy to park, and there’s so much practicality that it’s stupid. I also like that it gets so much hate from truck people.
Realize that you have a fringe opinion and that most reasonable people do not agree. Generally in life, this is an indication that you may be off-base. The super-woke are no different from Trumpers in this way.
“There might be good cops” is undermining the entire argument these other guys are trying to put forward. According to them there is no such thing, which is dumb.
Oh okay, so he’s a bad person now because of his religion.
Read better.
So you’re implying that all cops are bad because they don’t report their cop buddies who are corrupt... which also implies most cops are corrupt. This sentiment is honestly ridiculous. My old boss was a cop for a period of time, he was a Mormon father of six kids who is genuinely one of the best humans I’ve ever…
Oh, cmon. I understand that there are plenty of examples of police being shitty, but for every one of those there are five good stories. I’ve known a lot of great people who happened to be cops. Your job does not dictate what kind of individual you are, grow up.
I wonder what you would have said about social security...
Have to admit, I had a fun time reading this pissing contest.
Bush approves bailout[edit]
I’m with you. If there was ever a car I’d spend $2M on, this would be it.
.... the tax system was designed to penalize those who do well in life, just not to the extent that they don’t want to be successful. This is how a progressive tax structure works.
GM also has a history of being absolute dipshits and dragging their feet on moving the market forward. The world is ready for electric cars and demand is very high, yet they only offer a lifted Bolt with exploding batteries and they have one six-figure electric hummer on the horizon. I wouldn’t invest in them either.
First they came for our syrup, and I said nothing....
Don’t forget Pagani who puts them everywhere!
Side mirrors are mandated by the US DOT, last time I checked anyway. What they do in Korea doesn’t apply to my comment.
The thought of Tesla leaving handles and mirrors off the cybertruck for aerodynamic reasons makes me laugh, as if they took that into consideration for the design of the vehicle itself. lmao.
Yep. I recently purchased a C63 and have come to the same conclusion, you can’t enjoy it without going way too fast. Simultaneously, you can’t ever use the power because the roads are filled with people aimlessly cruising along in the left lanes.
Yes, the official car of boomers has way too much horsepower.
