I think these have a lot going for them, but they’ve held their value too well relative to the comparable E90M3/C63 to justify the purchase, plus the back seats are not really usable. High $20s - low $30s for a 75k mile car is just too much... hell, you could grab a second gen CTS-V for that kind of money with lower

I had a 98 GS400 and it was an incredible car. I wasn’t nearly as big of a fan of the third gen styling, but it has grown on me over the years. The 460 is an impossible car to find used, I tried and didn’t have luck about a year ago

Sure it is... but that’s what they’re trying to do. I never said it wouldn’t take a very long time, but Tesla certainly has that in mind, which is why they are building the gigafactory. If batteries are the future, they’re going to have a huge leg up on every one else.
