There are many problems with this. The wealthy may be in higher tax brackets, but most optimize loopholes of various sorts to defer/reduce their tax burden, which results in grossly lower percentages than you may think based on the bracket. Now, 10% on someone making a million a year is more than 10% on a guy making…
