I love this car and I think it is probably the most beautiful thing on four wheels currently in production.... but it’s TWICE as expensive as the new 720S, and I’m really wondering if it will be as fast at a track.

It’s amazing how wrong some people are about costs. Very cool little car- what kind of mileage does it get when you’re driving it reasonably?
The best part is how fast it drops
Let’s break down the math on this:

Seriously. I have a hard time paying $45 for my Levi’s.

“I prefer it to Michigan” is comparable to saying “I enjoy air”
The point is that no vehicle, regardless of it’s performance or rarity, should be sold above MSRP by the dealerships. This is just one of the ways that they gouge customers.
Can someone please send this dealership lobby the thousands of car listings on Cars.com/Autotrader.com that are currently above MSRP and ask them what’s up?
Your argument only holds water when you ignore the fact that dealerships charge premiums over MSRP for a lot of cars that are in high demand (Teslas for example) and then push financing/warranties/undercoating protection/etc for additional margin. Tesla wants to change this model to be streamlined for a better…
... they cant?
So, so good. I’m going to be upset if this isn’t #COTD
“MBA here. I disagree with what you generalized about MBAs”
I’m sure in olden days you probably would have dismissed the car too
It’s funny because the auto industry wasn’t concerned about Tesla either
Lol. This doesn’t make any sense, bs is bs.
Make sure your transfer case works first ;)
Best: 1998 Lexus GS400. It was the second car I owned (I’ve had 20-ish now) and MAN it was solid, powerful, reliable and so so comfy.
I owned a white one, same year. Mine was a POS, but I still like those cars. They’re beasts in the snow
Glad to hear about the F30, I have a 328i and have been enjoying it for six months. It’s a nicer car than people give it credit for.
I would 100% do this if I were Stephen King
