I totally agree. The “laughing at people who cared about things” definitely seems more like early South Park than later. I certainly can’t imagine the body image episode happening earlier in their run.

Yeah, Boston is a really dense large town. What part of “needs more than 2/3rds of a million people in population” was hard to understand? I thought Boston was supposed to be known for colleges.
