@balcis: did it really save space? i thought it did at first too but look at it the traditional horizontal format; the rewind button is under them. I also thought Apple would adopt this for all other programs but look at Safari; it wouldn't work at all.

the best is when they don't have a password and you can change their SSID to anything you want!

I kind of hope they do multitasking differently. The drawer seems a little silly with all that space, although the drawer is BIGGER so that's nice.

@berbar: Yeah.. I really am using my iPad less now that I have multitasking. It's still great for certain things but not being able to flip through apps kills me. I hope they add a lot more than what's on the preview page. Find will definitely be nice, though.

@jstaphase1: I imagine it's only in there for a day. The tubes seem pretty small. And if that's case it's really not an issue.

@Lizard_King: Haha I know, right? "Gotta go to Germany!" Yeah... or Delaware... Or Vermont... Or California... I also love when people say Heineken is good. Man, I sound like a snob....

AWESOME

Ugh... I'm not even gonna say it.

@Master_Soda: Yeah... multiple phones on multiple carriers versus one phone on one much smaller carrier...

@fsshariq: Haha, doesn't everyone? It's the benchmark for everything that ever comes out. I do like Android, though! I really do think it's a great OS. I just like iOS better.

@Subliminal Bukkake: Youre right. What i really meant to say is that it can't compete for me. The slow, and sometimes never getting, app adoption is something i couldn't deal with. I seriously considered getting an android phone but decided against it, this being one of the reasons.

@dcdttu: To be fair, the proximity sensor works in most cases and it's a glitch that is going to be resolved. And while Verizon has better coverage, I highly doubt you "always" have service. Plus, AT&T's data speeds kill Verizon's and I can do voice and data at the same time.

This is exactly why, even with all the cool things Android has, it still can't compete with iPhone/iPad.

@SigmundTheSeaMonster: I feel like spring-loaded folders completely negates the need for cut/paste but that's just me. I've never felt the need to cut/paste and didn't even know you couldn't do it until reading this article.

@Odin: Not even iPad could do THAT!

@MaxPoint: Just so you know, you need to use Apple's USB cable with it. I work at an Apple authorized reseller and someone came in and couldn't use his 3rd party cable because it was slightly too fat. Just a heads up.

@jdale: Yeah i work at a tech store and my coworker has a over clocked pre to 800 MHz and it isn't bad. Still not even close to my iphone 4 but for an old phone it's great! And I think WebOS multitasking is still the best. That card system is so slick.

Wow! I totally forgot about WebOS having an app catalog before reading this. Kind of makes me sad. WebOS was so cool... Hopefully it finds an update on some updated hardware.
