@sadedrat: Those things overpriced for what you get. I would just save the money and go to a laundry-mat unless you don't have access to a car or the closest one is miles out of your way.

@bphall74: Not really. There's a lot of resources out there. Also, I've found that the guys my local brew shop are very helpful and supportive. Basically, just follow the instructions, make sure to use the sanitizer, and find yourself a bunch of bottles (sanitizing all the bottles took the longest amount of time

@CheeseGamer: Ha, not a bad idea... Did anyone else think about that beginning scene from The Goonies with Chunk where he breaks the frame?

@kishan.ut: I've heard horror stories about people actually trying to get them to pony up and get things done. "Them" is used as a blanket statement for all credit card companies. I don't know about AmEx specifically. I would be interested to hear if anyone has collected on the warranties offered.

my 2 cents...

@RGLarson: I agree for the most part. Electronics, sure the warranties are pretty useless, however appliances are another story. They aren't built with the same quality in mind. If the manufacturers expected them to last more than a few years, they would offer more than a 1 year warranty (industry standard now).

@Ashwin Mudigonda: Sweet, I'm seeing some very nice spiced recipes that I may try. Next time I visit my parents in MN, I'm going to have to try some of this Masala Mama from Town Hall Brewery.

This morning I tasted the results of my first homebrewed beer. It's a stout and I'm very happy with it. Beautiful with a smooth malty flavor. To celebrate, maybe I'll have (another) beer! Also, I'll be bottling my second batch (a lager). Any suggestions for what I should put in next?

@lesbiansayswhat: They are pinned tabs. If you right click the tab, select "Pin tab" and it will

@xxdesmus: I saw that too. I can't wait. I love what he did with the gmail extension.

The banana method works and is much faster. However, if you want to eat it whole, here's an easier way (it's different from how I learned as a kid).

@Ninja Nemo: I would use this as an opportunity to do a little (early) spring cleaning. Although modern OS's have little need for reinstalls nowadays, I still enjoy building on a fresh, clean install every once in a while. I would bring over documents, media, and settings that you want to keep via a network or

@theworldisasheep: Unfortunately the only things that come to mind are $99+.

@cinnamonster: The torrent that I found is about 2.7GB. I haven't gone through any setup on it so I'm not sure what they cut out to get it to that size. Presumably, 4GB would work.

@nixonlvr: You can add (403) area code numbers to GV without issue. Not sure if you can get signed up for a GV number from outside the US though.

I'm also happy to hear of this addition. It will really help people make the switch to a great service. I just hope they start supporting Canadian phone numbers soon (other than the Calgary exception).

At least Sabre is saving some cash on their printer and paper needs, since they now own Dunder Mifflin.

Don't cops have to go to school before being given their gun and strip club raiding badge?
