You sir, have the admirable trait of being a thinking man, however I think you have one flaw in your conclusion - you’re looking for a decent politician, today. I’m skeptical that Ike could get elected today, because it would be obvious to money that he could not be manipulated.
You’re apparently too dumb to connect this story to Trump’s tweet, huh? Nobody is surprised.
This is just a bunch on non-sequitors with no real point...
Get a load of these dipsticks.
Oh I get it, because a Russian won a medal! Wow, nice!
Yeah, my brother and his friend, we’d spend summers going to garage sales. Back then everybody was switching from 70s-80s receivers and mini-fridge sized speakers to surround sounds. So, we got some great pioneer and JVC equipment for 20 bucks a piece.

You obviously haven’t seen my bedroom TV speakers.

“I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if someone put up a stink about my decision to break the status quo.”
“don’t pretend like you don’t understand why his trailer would be objectionable.”
Meh, let them have an opinion. Opinions don’t mean dick when they’re wrong.
I think this is the distinction here. It’s not at all surprising that someone would complain about the trailer. People complain about a lot less. But the guy is well within his rights to have it, so the neighbors really need to just suck it up.
I agree. I love it. They probably could’ve lost the pushbar, but on the other hand it’s a great pace to put big lights for when you’re running 100+ MPH on a dark raod in the middle of the night. I’m afraid to ask how much it cost though.
This is the kind of thing I’d do, if I came into stupid money. The only difference is mine would be a Roadmaster Wagon.
The person who wanted this is me.
What makes you say that? Nissan may be boring and unoriginal, but engine quality and resilience has generally been their strong suit. My bigger fear is that they’ll slap a CVT on it and paint it taupe. Then that CVT will fail, the pain will peel, and the suspension mounts of whatever they put it in will probably rot…
Change refinery capacity to shift the mix over to gas?
I don’t think trains or large trucks will be making the switch any time soon.
I guess the only thing left to do is drink it.
