I wondered how this article would be turned into an attack on men

Attraction is pretty instinctual. I'd say that people might be able to shut it down or deny it with some prejudice beliefs, and maybe they would be attracted to all races if they didn't have the bullshit in the way. But I don't think anyone can force attraction on people they don't desire

I immediately dismiss women who answer that 1) they'd prefer to date within their own race, or 2) they would date someone with a vocal prejudice against a specific race

Umm... *raises hand*

my sis gave me that advice when I wanted to send a picture to someone. I actually think it's good advice for everyone! A better piece of advice is don't take shit that doesn't belong to you - however while all of the nasty assholes of the world are trying to comprehend that the rest of us should keep our heads out of

"Weight discrimination has also been shown to make people feel less confident about taking part in physical activity, so they tend to avoid it."

No one is saying you don't have the right. But you have to be aware of the potential consequences given that basically everything seems to be hackable these days

When I take nakies I tend to avoid putting my face in them so I have plausible deniability. Who knows if this girl is going to be a creeper?

I am officially an old, because I think "Don't take naked pictures of yourself" happens to be pretty good advice for everyone, male or female. I can't imagine all those sports players who had their dicks posted on Deadspin really liked that experience either.

Alternate advice:

State a height preference in men and no one bats an eyelid. State a weight preference in women and watch everyone lose their mind

it's true, the way these stats are used is awful, coming from a stat head. This isn't how you analyze a gap in how two groups are paid. If men and women are paid equally at a single company for the same job, there is no "gap", and that's how everyone who references the gap pretends it works.

Have you ever had sex with a drunk man? Have your friends?

Thanks, that was actually a reasonable breakdown of the issue

He just seemed to say "nuh uh that study is bullshit, pay women equally! *puts fingers in ears*"

What if the man was also drunk? Presumably she should be arrested as well

So anyone having sex with a drunk person should be arrested? Man or woman?

Maybe do a better job of using evidence in the case to prove the rapist is guilty? Just a thought.

Similarly, men (who are many times more likely to be victims of stranger violence) will stop being assaulted when they stop leaving the house. It's just a fact. If you just give up living a normal life, you can stop making people attack you. Logic.
