Attraction is pretty instinctual. I'd say that people might be able to shut it down or deny it with some prejudice beliefs, and maybe they would be attracted to all races if they didn't have the bullshit in the way. But I don't think anyone can force attraction on people they don't desire

I immediately dismiss women who answer that 1) they'd prefer to date within their own race, or 2) they would date someone with a vocal prejudice against a specific race

Have you... been outside? Women attack men all the time with minimal/zero justification. Slapping, throwing drinks, pushing, punching (obviously I'm talking about nights out). I've seen women justify it because the guy looked at them the wrong way, or because he wasn't interested in them, or because he was ugly, etc.
