I agree it's rampant, it's quite jarring. But it doesn't exist because of white people or Americans, it's always been there. I couldn't say if it was any worse towards black people or say South Asian people though.

White people didn't "export" racism. Racism against POC exists in virtually all of Asia, and not because of America. Hell, most Asian countries are racist to the rest of Asia. Try being mainland Chinese in Korea.
