Assuming that it is solid underneath and passes muster with a good look on a lift, that is a steal. Should be red, but at this price I’ll let that go.

Negotiate it closer to 5K and sure.  Actually refreshing to see an explanation of the salvage title and what was done to repair it.  I’d still inspect it and remain suspicious from a distance but this admission in the ad helps ease my concerns.  Reluctant ND at this price, but I’ve seen worse for more.

It’s advertised in Los Angeles as well. It would fail CA visual inspection immediately from the bypassed air pump (probably locked up) and missing converters.
