That first digit is a zero. That odometer is capable of showing 999,999 miles. If it has truly rolled over, it is 1,057,919. The 1/10 mile indicator is in the trip meter and those numbers have a slight red tint to them to indicate that (not apparent in the pic).

 It’s got a well-used regular motor, a 330 cubic inch plant, it’s got new tires, tired suspension, probably some kind of shocks. It’s a model made for flex fuel so it’ll run good on E85 gas. What do you say, is it the new Bluesmobile or what?

Original plates. There is a 17 year gap in the last two smog tests. It last passed in Sept 2020, which means that it is due now for its next biennial test, before that - it was last tested in Sept 2003. I dunno - I have had both a 1992 Grand Marquis and a 2005 Town Car and really - for the size of the thing the fuel mileage was pretty damn good I thought. I used the TC for a commuter (40 mile RT freeway) and it never gave me less than 22 mpg. Can’t recall what the GM gave but it wasnt much worse.

While a suburb of Sacramento, there is farmland (and farmers) in the area.  Wouldn’t surprise me if they had a farm or contractor fuel truck in the fleet.
