I typed this comment by mistake on the main thread not your comment earlier today, and it’s still in the grays so... yeah. Hopefully someone can see/read it at some point. Basically, putting living people in carbonite has been a thing since at least the Clone Wars. Original post/comment follows:

Since Rebels has at least one Rogue One character; so can this, maybe, be Cassian Andor? Reason: He’s now been established as one of the persons to use the moniker of “Fulcrum” and this character’s costume looks awfully close to being the same vest Cassian sported whenever he was on board the U-wing.

Same thing. Built my own with online reference/plans. All MDF, PVC, parts from electronics shops, and labels from a local print shop.
It’s not 100% correct but it’s as close as I could get when I built it. It doesn’t make noise; but it lights up (light kits off eBay for the pack and my own work on the gun) and looks

It’s a motorcycle’s rear fender. The bit on the right is a gas tank.

I picked up on the similarity with “The Rocketeer” as well. Even if unintentional, this was a well-done piece seeing as how it evoked the same ‘love of flight’ thoughts in viewers.
