I’m an only child so I don’t know, but may I assume that it is accurate that even when you’re being made king you can count on your big sister to tell everyone in the room how your balls don’t work?

So Daenerys’s narrative purpose was to assemble an enormous army and some dragons to solve the other plots for everyone and then turn mad at the most convenient possible time.  Yay.  

Through the whole series especially later seasons I struggled to figure out what the writers were trying to say. It didn’t seem to have core concept. Then I found out a quote from David Benioff: “themes are for eighth-grade book reports.”

The direction of the whole series makes a lot more sense now.
