Love Barba and the actor who portrays him. Raul Esparza also took notorious creepy loser, Fredrick Chilton, and made him one of my favorite characters on the “Hannibal” show. So his miracles and sartorial choices know no bounds! He was good on “Bojack Horseman” as well.
