Heck we could even do beets in cherry juice for a truly sweet take on the root vegetable.

Just go watch someone stream it on twitch, if that doesn’t make you wanna jump in and try do it better, then I dunno what. :P

I make a salt cod, leek and potato casserole with plenty of dill, parsley, garlic, olive oil and feta cheese. My adult daughter called me last week for the recipe, although I give the recipe to her each winter when the weather dips. It hearty and special, so we typically only make it once a year.

Don’t forget all my bad football puns.

Italian Sub Casserole: I envision lots of crispy cured meats, some provolone, good bread, and a vinegar-heavy drizzle, served with an olive tapenade. Alternative idea: muffuletta casserole.

It’s actually amazing how well they peel. I use the steamer setting on mine and they are flawless every time.

I posted about this on the poached egg thread, but I find the instant pot to be the best thing for hard boiled eggs. I don’t know if it’s because I’m at altitude (5600 ft) or what, but NO method ever results in easy to peel eggs. EVER. Except the instant pot.
