    Shepard.

I’ve loved using this on my cat, the only problem I had is he hit his claw on the gel-handle and broke it open so now the gel occasionally leaks.  Otherwise, it is a great tool!

Thank you! I will go take a look. :D

Do you have a favorite braises that you like to make?

I only ever get to ‘fast walk’, so it’s not /too/ hard on the eyes.  And yeah, I use a wireless headset to listen, because I don’t want to risk pulling the phone off the holder.  I’ve thought about switching up to a tablet of some sort instead of just the phone, but it works alright for me!

I just finished the main quest from God of War. Working on some of the optional content/getting 100% in it. I’m not sure what’s next after that. Really enjoyed the story. I’ve been wanting to get into Battletech - that might be my next pickup.

Lemme know what you think! I like watching them and going ‘great goodness, please never let them look in MY fridge’. It’s funny when the hosts call out people for staging their fridge for the show with products, too.

I’ve been enjoying ‘Chef & My Fridge’ on Netflix lately. It’s a Korean show that is part talk show, part cooking competition. The people brought on are stars of various sorts and their fridges are brought too. Everyone gets to look at the items and ingredients in them, then there’s a 15-minute cookoff between sets of

    That sounds delicious!

Fish ‘n Chips. I’m thinking some sort of mix of scalloped potatoes, cod/halibut and a full-on-topping of the beer batter. It’s so crazy it just might work. (It probably wouldn’t work)

The trick about making sure to get rid of the loose white first helped me so much when I started trying to poach eggs. Thanks again for your articles!

    Claire,

Seeing the build progress on the artist’s twitter/IG was just amazing. There was a pic or two where it looked like Kazplay was basically doing that ‘facial reconstruction’ you see on the old History Channel tv shows while building the face up from the inside out. It looked SO COOL.

Looking forwards to giving this a try, Claire. Once I get myself a blender, I should be able to. Thanks for sharing this!

Looks amazing, Claire! Definitely have to try this; My IP has been spending a lot of time as a water holder for my Anova lately, time to get it doing stuff like this!

My problem with sous vide eggs is the loose white always feeling squishy when trying to hard boil, as well as peeling them.

So I totally thought you were talking about ‘The Phoenix Project’ which ALSO feels like one of these failure stories. What is it with Phoenix and Photential Phailure?!

Daylon, this looks great! Have you done other things as well? I swear I’ve seen you in something else; My brain keeps going to Zangief, but not sure.

So the second link reminds me in bits and pieces of Rez; It looks like a pretty neat game - how much of that part is there, or is it primarily the rail-grinding?
