It’s actually amazing how well they peel. I use the steamer setting on mine and they are flawless every time.

I posted about this on the poached egg thread, but I find the instant pot to be the best thing for hard boiled eggs. I don’t know if it’s because I’m at altitude (5600 ft) or what, but NO method ever results in easy to peel eggs. EVER. Except the instant pot.

Standing rib roast/prime rib is my go-to non-poultry protein for Thanksgiving. My family always has multiple proteins going on. We always do at least 2 deep fried turkeys, a ham, and a rib roast. We may throw in some smoked beef ribs, or a venison roast.
