It really does help; I’ve gone through about 5-6 different series in the last year, and average about 3-4 hours of cardio a week because of it.

For me, it’s mostly the ‘Make myself earn it.’ - I find a series I want to watch, then only watch it while I’m on the treadmill/elliptical. It’s a good motivator to do something healthy for myself.

    Rider.. kick!

This is beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing it.

So I really like the cosplay.kotaku.com site; But my question for the rest of the staff since it mostly seems to be Luke posting - what would you want to see Luke cosplay?

Definitely still a fan of uTorrent 2.2.1; That’s what I’ve been using for what feels like forever.

Bill is an amazingly positive person, and very pro-'anyone can cosplay'. It's really nice to see just how happy he is to be doing what he's doing, and to share that excitement with people he meets both online and off. I hope to get something from him, someday - but I've already gotten a lot of good advice both

Thanks for sharing it, Luke! I love seeing awesome characters that a) are technically challenging b) don't get enough love! Would love to do a Wrex someday myself but the amount of work is daunting!

It is there, and I'm glad for it.

But if you've put effort into the outfit, shouldn't you be able to share it without having to be harassed about not being 6'2 and ripped? People should be sharing something they love and getting enthusiasm from other people who love cosplay, not getting ripped to shreds by people who say 'not good enough'. It's a

Kirk, I just wanted to second your Necrodancer recommendation. I love the game for it's depth and challenge. When you finally get used to the attack patterns of the mobs and the swing path of weapons, the game can just fall into place. It's got moments of beauty, and everything having a beat just seems to flow so

I used Fitocracy for a long time, but I stopped updating it when I started doing things that were hard to document; a lot of the weight machine exercises just weren't in the app at the time - has that changed?

    Blue Ranger hype!

Love the makeup work on this! Great job.

I have this book and it is gorgeous. I really like the variety of scenes and costumes he got in it.

Because I really wanted to do it, and damned be the consequences. http://imgur.com/iRG57E4 - I think I can't put images in, since this is a burner?

Arcanum did Phase 7 for me multiple times. I don't think I ever got past the first four hours of the game, because I'd go 'Ok, that is pretty neat, but what about this?!'

It was really nice to see this; I'm thinking it was partially in response to that article from James Pethokoukis a week or two weeks ago saying that cosplayers were too busy dressing up to actually go and work. Nice to know that people from all walks of life like to celebrate their fandoms!

Whitson, just so you know, looks like /r/netsec took down the thread, it's full of deleted comments. There was a statement from one of the mods saying they removed the data because of the rules of the subreddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/netsec/comme…

Thanks for sharing! I always enjoy seeing these cosplay con videos; they give a great look into some really solid effort.
