They didn’t refuse to wear body cameras. The department hasn’t got any for their officers to wear. Blame the department and the city for not getting the process up and rolling.

Sometimes the police are in the right, and sometimes they’re in the wrong. Perhaps we should wait for the facts and understand the context of every incident before we begin this knee jerk condemnation of every single action taken by the police.
