I am in that same boat. And they make us track our hours, saying we would get paid overtime, but in 8 months of working 50 hour weeks, I've not been paid it once.
Or! Hire some more workers because clearly there's a lot of work to be done.
If employees are eligible for overtime, the employer is required to keep track of employee hours.
