Employees of all companies in the world would benefit from unionization. Why does every company fight them if they're no big deal?

Nah, the cable company is also the sole ISP in most areas, so getting entertainment will also be through them. You should really get outside of big cities, the vast majority of small cities and towns in this country rely on a single provider.
