It really is an incredibly small price increase for the ‘23 model year. I think manufacturers are banking on demand being high and selling cars without rebates and discounts, because with the price of materials inflated I don’t know how they are getting away with increases this small. At some point (maybe ‘24 if

That’s about my price range for it. But with the love these cars get someone would snatch it up for $6-7k pretty quick I reckon. So it’s only priced at about double what I think is reasonable.

It’s funny how the “well if they had just complied with the officer”/”it’s their fault for doing something illegal” crowd seems to feel as though Trump was “unfairly targeted” and shouldn’t comply with the FBI investigations. It’s almost as though it was never about upholding the law......

saw its timing belt replaced at 226K

Can they bring those powertrain options on with the old body style? Maybe call it a 760e Classic or something?

When is a good question. But I think we know of the cases where it can be now (fixed routes on surface streets in good weather cities) and what the next steps are (worse weather cities, expanded areas, etc). The big hurdle it seems is capability versus the cost of large sensor arrays. We know that Tesla getting rid of

Honestly? My thought goes to someone cosplaying “handsome small-town rancher’s son played opposite an ex-Disney star that just moved from the city to this dreary town at the foot of the Rockies

Sure, but still not an easy standard to work against.

It seems a little high, particularly because I imagine a big audience for this truck would want a 4x4. But for someone south of the snow belt it’s a clean and classic looking truck. I’m actually surprised by how much it looks like a classic considering similar ones are still on the road around here (mostly forest

Oh shit. That only gives me *checks calendar* 13 years to replace my FRS without having to buy a hybrid” - he said, yelling at the clouds

That would definitely be a defense for Ford if it was the case, but I don’t think it incriminates them if it doesn’t.

OSHA not having standards is different, because there was no standard.

My standard for any used luxury car is “is it 100% completely stock or not”, and if not, it better include a fat stack of receipts from dealer services for everything. This one isn’t egregious, but it makes me wonder what other decorations were removed prior to listing.

I understand what your saying, but the standard is what is defining what is reasonably dangerous. This isn’t GM knowingly hiding the ignition switch issue. Or VW cheating on emissions tests. Ford said “here is the standard that we need to meet for the F150, and here is the standard for the F250/350, and we are going

That’s a key to this conversation. New car sales are strong because supply is still low, and used car prices are inflated. If you need a new car, are you going to wait until the dealer has one that you can pay sticker for (or maybe a grand over?) or save yourself a grand or two (on a 20 or 30 or 40k+ dollar purchase) a

be careful, some people around here don’t like when you share those kinds of opinions

No need for the paragliders, since the migrants he sent came from Texas because “there wasn’t a large enough group in Florida”. Fucking clown

I 100% believe that Ford intentionally cheapened the roof structure on their super duty trucks.

The value of these drops like a rock for a reason - the 2nd owner can’t afford to maintain it properly. Many I’ve seen for sale look like they’ve done double the miles their odometers indicate. They fall into the “baller on a budget” category and then into disrepair.

My sister pulled that off for about a year in a circa 2010 Altima. With the rear facing car seats, the booster fit surprisingly well in the middle. Once a car seat needed to face forward, it was very very tight. So I would say rear seat width in a 2010 Altima is your benchmark for minimum size.
