I dig the Maverick pick, mostly because you can see the entire truck and it’s not from a strange perspective. The rest feel like you’re trying real hard to be different.

I feel like you need to be a better than average driver to even get an F1 car around a track. So he’s probably in the top 1% of the top 1% of drivers in the world. He’s definitely not on par with the elite drivers of F1, but he could probably do OK in Formula E or some sort of endurance racing.

Really, who cares though. He’s driving in F1. In a half decent car he’s probably a half decent driver. Stroll was hopeless his first season, now he’s slightly less hopeless.

Damn, a 3k markup on a minivan? That’s brutal.

“The ten least durable cars ever made”, featuring one of the most durable cars ever made.

Gene looks pretty happy for a guy who just lit 80M on fire.

A 1 to 5 thousand dollar fine, or 5 to 20 years in prison. God Bless America.

F1 needs a Max. Otherwise we get bland little robots who’ve been molded into exactly what F1 wants them to be, such as Ocon, Gio, Mick, Botas, LeClerc, Botas, etc. All great drivers no doubt, but with personalities and risk tolerance equal to a wet paper towel.

So you’re saying I might have a chance to get a Bronco before 2030 now?

I just dropped my Audi off for service this morning and they had not a single new car available for sale. Used vehicle prices will remain high until new car inventory rebounds.

IF the RB looks racey and they think they have a shot on track, then they should keep it on track. IF they know they’re going to lose, then they should absolutely take Lewis out. At that point, there’s really nothing for them to lose.

We’ve seen this movie before. As gas prices continue to rise, the ecobox will become a prized commodity. I can only imagine a lot of people who sprung for these big SUV’s with equally big payments are going to start struggling to fill them up.

When I was shopping for a 3 a couple months ago, there were about 20 undelivered cars sitting outside. When I inquired with the sales person why they had so many he said their owners had refused delivery due to various quality control issues and they were waiting to get fixed. Seems like Tesla just ships them and lets

F1 brakes catch on fire, what’s your point? The pads on my Focus RS caught fire after some exceptionally spirited driving with no cool down. Shit I remember a segment on the grand tour or TG when JC was driving a GTI and caught the pads on fire.

Another option: Driving 250 miles to your nearest neighboring state where logic exists and purchase all the small gasoline engines your heart desires.

An American car would have returned to the earth after a decade in the rust bet.

The E90 M3 is the correct answer if you can find a decent one for 30K. The others are fine (except the Maserati), but the engine in the M is magical.

All these “gas prices are up 50% since last year” stats sure make for a good headline, until we remember that gas prices were at historic lows for a year. People have such short memories.

12K for a salvage title 2007 Forester with 150k miles? Lol.

There’s a less than zero percent chance the diesel options make it to the US.
