My husband will be taking the same amount of parental leave as me. Dollars to donuts, he won’t be penalized the way I normally would be. Why is a two month break considered a crazy idea? It’s eight fucking weeks.

That’s why progress is impossible here. People think that because they had in worse in their time, that we shouldn’t make it better for people going forward. It’s the same attitude people use to justify hazing.

If they were really treating the remains as a human corpse, this would be an option, since dead bodies are donated to science all the time. I feel like there are grounds for a serious lawsuit here, emotional abuse notwithstanding.

It’s hocus pocus. The NYT piece is good and there was a 60 minutes or similar piece on it - the only times the patient showed any of his supposed faculties were when he was alone with Stubblefield.

I was in awe of Karamo’s patience. And while the cop even PARTICIPATING in the conversation and being calm about it is better than nothing, I still did not like that guy. And I didn’t like that episode. A cold open where Karamo gets pulled over without his license by a white cop in the middle of Georgia? So tone deaf.

Yeah, it’s equivalent to a Ouija board.

10/10 would still watch the Netflix wedding special if only to see if Antoni caters the reception by just placing 100 avocados on plates and calling it a day  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Reading what they did to that poor pup made me feel sick. Even if it were CGI’d, nothing turns me off a film faster than animal cruelty/death so there’s no way in hell I would watch this film.

I know yet I still watched every damn episode.
