I loved how Steve the demon says that he aced the Sexual Harassment seminar (“I’m great at it now.”) and then had him be the one to say “This chick gets it!” to Tahani later.

Vicky’s primary goal isn’t to be evil.  It’s to be appreciated for how talented she is.  She would much rather be in charge and appreciated in the new system than only be evil in the old system.

But the point here wasn’t for Tahani to resolve this situation, it was to see if the Bad Place demons could come up with a situation that would adequately challenge Tahani given the rules Michael had laid out.

Once Penguin has the Raven, why does he want to sell it back to the city?  Why not keep it and use it for future crimes?

Remember the first season finale, when we were all so excited to see all the heroes fight Sylar?  And then we saw that it was basically all of the heroes in a single-file line and they each took a turn to fight him for about 10 seconds and then they’d tap out and let the next one have a turn.

I mean, wasn’t the original series about an eclipse?  It’s right there in the logo.

Ah, we had so much hope and optimism about Simone’s Batgirl run. If only we knew how disappointing it would be, although recent interviews have explained that most of the problems were dictated to her by DC and were not her ideas.

So I’m assuming everyone that Gil arrested and went to jail is back out on the street, once his crimes were made public?  I can’t remember if we see Rupert Thorne again, but if so this would explain why he would back on the street and not in prison.

For a moment, when Chidi revealed what was written on his note, I thought that it would be some variation of this:

Many years before the “I am no man!” moment of Return of the King.

LOL at someone getting to this point of the show and feeling “bored” and “like I’ve seen it before every time I watch it”.  What show have you been watching?

When one candidate is pro-democracy, and the other one is anti-democracy, pro-insurrection and pro-dictator, then endorsing the pro-democracy candidate is not *dividing* the country - it’s standing up for what’s right.

Reason for the cancellation?

It’s very rare nowadays for a network show to have opening credits long enough to be accompanied by a theme song.

And his reactions when the Demon Con audience kept applauding. “Stop! This isn’t a bit!”

Watching this on Netflix in 2024, I was spoiled 2 episodes ago about Janet being “Bad Janet” by commenter Ellestra leaving a reply for that episode - posted 2 weeks later - saying that someone’s theory about Janet having been replaced was correct (total dick move by them).

I mean, Bad Janet is the one that created that device. She would know that it was not a lie detector and was something that would blow up a demon.

Isn’t this a good thing?  Don’t we want a show where every twist isn’t instantly recognized and known by the reviewer?

This show has done the “spoiling a character who hasn’t appeared yet by listing them in the ending credits” multiple times already.
