Dude lives next to the ocean in FL (Naples). Forecasters have been going on for days about likely catastrophic storm surge from Ian. This seems like something that was completely avoidable with a bit of forethought.

Yes, these mechanical odometers were notorious for electrical problems.  What a load of BS.  As is the rest of the ad.

I think it’s safe to assume the AC does not work, belt or not.

ND for the seller’s inability to submit a complete and cohesive ad. NFD for CAPS LOCK. ND to $7500 for an underpowered car with a bunch of broken stuff.

I want to shift any shifter anymore.  RIP manual transmissions.

Get ready to pay $80k+ for your very powerful truck with too much tech, and questionable reliablity/durability.

I don’t know.  I was happy enough not remembering.

The 9-7X was an abomination!

2) That sounds great until you find out that the car has to be returned full of electrons, or they will bill you an extra $2/KWh to recharge.

The new Z uses a truck transmission? That is inspired.

Eaxctly. The V10 is what makes this vehicle special.

The latter are usually double-parked too.

A non-moving fake Ferarri for $40k or more?  Definitely need to bring back the crack pipe for this one, because surely the seller is smoking it.

Dealer needs his cut too.

This ends up as ND for me.  Since he talks up the car so much, a few words about why he’s getting rid of it anyway would have helped.

315 HP in a Civic? My 1975 Civic (with 2-speed Hondamatic!) would be impressed.

Three ND phrases: “SUPER RARE”, “AC needs a shot” (in other words, it is shot), and “Will go up in value!”  No thanks

Correct.  Super rare does not always correlate to desirable or valuable.

No dice on the basis that the seller can’t even be bothered wipe the dust off dust off the IC before taking a close up, or pen an ad that surpasses a third grader’s grammatical abilities.
